Pull My Heart Out, Reconstruct
Most of y'all have probably heard of this band but I want to introduce one of my favorite all around bands. Relient K has been a family favorite since their cd Two Lefts Don't Make a Right But Three Do came out in 2003 (when I was 13). I fell in love with the band and followed them ever since. Though it's taken me a little longer to come around for the newest cd (Forget and Not Slow Down), I've loved each of their cds. Mmhmm is probably my favorite album. I had the privilege of getting to see them live last weekend in Austin at Emo's and loved it. They played this song, though it was not the acoustic version and it was much, much louder. Matt Thiessen is brilliant and did it yet again with this acoustic version of Devastation and Reform, a favorite of mine. Enjoy. If you've never listened to them and are interested in hearing more, check out the link on the left of the screen.
